Directions:
From IH-10—From Interstate 10 and Highway 16 – the gateway into Kerrville – go south on Highway 16 (also know as Sidney Baker Street) approximately 2.4 miles to the intersection of Hwy. 27. At this intersection, turn right, heading west and continue for approximately 1.7 miles to the intersection of Highway 783. At this intersection turn left on Guadalupe Street and continue for seven-tenths of a mile. Palacios del Guadalupe will be on the right. Stop in the sales office for a property tour and a cup of coffee.
