Completely Custom Design
What do we mean when we say "Design Your Own Condo"? We mean exactly that. At Palacios del Guadalupe, the buildings have been designed to give you the ability to create a home that is completely to your taste. All floor plans are completely customizable. The only constraint on your unit's layout is that drains must be positioned to avoid the steel support beams spaced every 20 feet in the floors. Beyond that, the only limitation is your imagination. We have over 15 designs to pick from and customize, and we now have the ability to use 3D modeling to literally 'walk-through' each design utilizing our Chief Architect® program.

Professional Design Assistance

The services of our in-house home designer are included in your Palacios condo's purchase price. Our designer will be at your disposal to help educate and advise you on various design options, and we encourage the use of our new state-of-the-art design center to expedite the design process. The design period should last no more than 60 days so we can close and begin construction on your new home. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will make getting into your new home as enjoyable as the Hill Country is beautiful.

Full Size Flexible Square Footage
Although the prospective square footages listed range from 2,200 to 2,500 square feet, these are not hard and fast limits. Depending on the availablity of adjacent space, we can adjust the size of your unit to suit your specifications. This option will be phased out as units sell, so call us now.
